I would refer almost anybody to your location because your employees were helpful and always smiling. And if they couldn't help, they said they know somebody who can, which was another employee, our supervisor had a great experience and hopefully, I'll have a more of a great experience now that I just started a storage there.

Michelle and the property manager went above and beyond to correct an issue for me and my husband. Our unit was overlocked due to our delinquent bill but we paid it up at 2pm on a Saturday and locks did not get removed. We went to the property when I got off work and after a few phone calls were able to get through and michelle was able to task her pm to come let us into our unit. We are very grateful to both of them for this.

If your anything like me, you may have noticed a lot of storage facilities seem to care less and less about there customers and seem to have forgotten the whole point of renting a space is to keep their property safe! I, personally, have been appalled at seeing people's personal property strung out across the road and piled in some sort of pirates stash, literally right across the street from a supposed safe place to store your property. This place was amazing and the best customer service ever. There was an accident that made me 15 min late an d Tina and Dan where wonderful. They still gave me a rental truck to move. Great service for Penske rental truck. Beats U-Haul hands down. Way better prices and no runaround. Glad I cancelled my U-Haul reservation and found them.

Had a great experience with everyone but the manager, if there are any issues he does not seem to wish to actually correct any of them unless it profits the company. I believe the other manager is her husband and he is quite kind and is the one keeping this place afloat customer service wise.

Tina and Dan are amazing! We got very behind on our payments and they worked with us by keeping us informed on deadlines so our unit wouldn't be sold. They know how hard it is to maintain the payments along with everything else we have to deal with in life and they were so helpful and understanding. They don't enjoy having to sell people's units, it's just their job. Our family appreciates their kindness and willingness to help. Thank you Dan and Tina!
